Laser Engraving

Laser engraving is a non-contact marking process which is used for marking metal items. An intense beam of highly focused laser energy is used to burn the image into the surface of the product producing an indelible and abrasion resistant finish. It is an extremely accurate process which is capable of reproducing incredible detail.
The colour of the engraving varies depending on the type of material the product is manufactured from.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is used for marking vinyl, plastics and metal using specially developed inks for the particular substrate. Each colour is printed as a separate solid line colour. It is an extremely efficient and cost effective method of marking products with very low origination costs.

Blocking

Blocking is used for marking leather using a heated magnesium block to stamp a gold or silver foil image onto the surface of the product.

Die Stamping

Die stamping is most suitable for marking stainless steel using a special hand made hardened steel die to stamp the impression into the material using very high pressures, typically between 15 and 30 tons per square inch. The impression is permanent and can be blind stamp or stamped and colour filled using a two part catalytic ink. It is extremely cost effective method of marking metals.
